A battle continues to brew between two large entities that control the flow of goods brought into the U.S. through our Western ports, the International Longshore and Warehouse Union and the Pacific Maritime Association  The result is a “backlog” that has turned our waterfront view of the Puget Sound into a parking lot for container ships and could potentially empty store shelves across our Nation.  Here’s hoping they work out their issues so the rest of us won’t have to worry about hittin’ up our neighbors for some extra brown sugar.  Meanwhile, thanks for a different “perspective” of our water front view…
